When did Wasps LEGALLY buy the Ricoh? As soon as 6 years has gone (which must be around now), the Statute of Limitations on civil action expires.

The original announcement was on Oct 7, 2014 - EXACTLY 7 years ago!

Their action isn't against us now though, it's against the council. It's just if the council are found to be in the wrong, we're very likely to suffer, so it's costing us to defend ourselves.

As I understand it, this is exactly the issue. The avenues for direct action are pretty much all exhausted, but they will not agree not to go after us indirectly.

If they agree not to sue Wasps directly or indirectly I suspect we'll create a package they are happy with.

6 years. Assuming that's jusr wishful thinking, longing for a time when 2020 is just a distant memory!

I believe we brought the Council's shares on 8th October 2014, so 6 years tomorrow. The Higgs shares were purchased on or around 14th November 2014, but I don't believe Sisu's cases so far concerns the Higgs share.

This development is interesting in that Joy Sepalla, Derek and Andy Street are all involved this time.

Derek wouldn’t be wasting his time in talks with Sisu unless he believed a deal is  there to be done.

Trying to bankrupt a council and sports team is one thing. Trying to bankrupt a charity quite another...

This boils down quite simply to the fact that whilst CCFC have their current owners, dealing with them in any way won't end well.
