It's just if the council are found to be in the wrong, we're very likely to suffer, so it's costing us to defend ourselves.

The Higgs shares were purchased on or around 14th November 2014, but I don't believe Sisu's cases so far concerns the Higgs share.

This development is interesting in that Joy Sepalla, Derek and Andy Street are all involved this time.Derek wouldn’t be wasting his time in talks with Sisu unless he believed a deal is there to be done.
