The good news, if one can call it such, is that it will takes ages (years) to get to the Court, if they get leave to appeal. I have a feeling they will be turned down, as I am pretty sure this particular case is not suitable for the European Court, so they may get turned down at the first hurdle (getting permission to place it before the Court), but by the time that happens, six years will have lapsed since the sale, and that is the statute of limitations on civil action in a case of this type. In effect, this is the last throw of the dice. I think CCFC will implode fairly soon, if forced to play outside of Coventry. Their operating losses will be unsustainable.
