It’s a little round Robin of matches between Doncaster,Ealing and some other club.

Does it count towards anything beyond some bragging rights?

If the championship season gets called off completely, is there any possibility that the winner of this little tourney will determine who gets promoted?

Not a chance. If Sarries had won then I'm sure they'd have tried to work it in their favour if it came to that, but not in favour of Ealing.
