Fantastic win.

I posted this in the morning all thread:

Tiggs are this afternoon going to try and match their previous winning streak in 1983/84 of 16 games. Guess who broke that previous winning run - yes you've guessed it - Wasps ;D
Coincidence? Lets mess up their party again. What have we got to lose?

As Heathen says We need to find the 'dog' of the Wasps of old.

Heathen called it right.

I've yet to see any of the game, but when the full match is up will watch it with interest!

Knowing the result will make watching the first half bearable.

Big win. Great atmosphere. All 23 deserve kudos for that. Genge is just a yob. Need to improve our kicking from hand. Just a good, good win.

I put £50 on Tigers after the first Wasps score [they were evens then]

But it was worth it for the win.

Based on the massively increased tempo, it would seem that what we've been lacking for months has been Gaskell...

+1.

For someone who wasn't even in the original 23 and, according to Lee, had had only a weeks training, Jamma did a remarkable job.

Shout out to Biyi Alo too. He put in a big shift at scrum time and the tackle he made towards the end of the game was excellent.

Well played big man 😀

There was still one moment where my heart with in my mouth though, typical Gaskell, counter rucked well but then sort of ended up round the side over the ruck and went for the ball when clearly he would be penalised in a dangerous position, he does have a tendency for a brainless penalty but thankfully he resisted.

That Alo tackle was amazing, amongst many try savers in the game, it was a special effort.

Went to the match then re-watched when I got home, didn't really pick up on some of the Dan Frost runs on BT that were noticeable live. One in particular when chasing down a kick and Tigers were returning, Dan was ahead of the backs and almost got there for a charge down, yes it's later in the match and he was very hyped up but a hooker that chases down kicks like a centre is a good option to have in the squad.

Whilst I know Zac was struggling in the scrum, but for what is an academy player with very little prem time up against the league leaders, considering he wasn't in the original 23, to survive that last scrum onslaught on our line without giving away a penalty needs a big pat on the back.

Yes indeed. I was seriously worried at the time but Zac toughed it out and kept coming back for more.
