We know that. It was DR. Obviously because of the above I?d imagine.

Chaos

Yes, but not much worse/
difference than was likely going on at Warriors/Wasps/Irish.

But, that it was, and probably still is, going on at Falcons is what is telling. Give it between a month and two months, and the same type of stories will emerge, as the owner avoids offering new contracts, stops paying people, etc.
Indeed. Falcons are, in essence, trapped. No means to be competitive. No trap door to go through. Still, at least the RFU are focussed on helping The Cheats retain Itoje.

That fits with what I'd heard. I note that there is no detail as to why the financial advisor failed to do as Derek instructed and how that caused the cascade of fuck ups that killed our club.

I guess that'll come out in the case itself.
That?s interesting. See what comes out in the case.

I expect the only decision in play is whether to have the 20 or 30 years old malt with Christmas dinner around a roaring fire kept going by Sweeney throwing 20?s on it from his ludicrous salary.

I must admit I?m astounded at how long this is taking. This is the bed that was made when PRL went ahead in the format it is - running itself. At this point they may as well just give up and go with the plan that says 1) Carry on with 10 in the prem 2) Let the RFU continue with endless non matches to fill their pockets 3) Forget prem 2 and the second tier as a whole and 4) Just hope no one notices we haven?t actually done anything.

That?s Tigers fans for you isn?t it. I?ve always found a fair portion of them entitled and arrogant.

BT went for me this summer as well. Like Neils I don?t miss it and haven?t watched a prem rugby game this season. Occasionally check the results to see if any ex Wasps were involved but that?s about it.

In itself it?s an obvious waste of money. As a broader idea it?s a terrible one. So not good all round really.

Not expecting much. They seem to have hitched their wagon to a set of assumptions that will never be. Sweeney and his mob are fairly clueless but they?ve also inherited a terrible situation in terms of the game overall.

42
And the cornerstone of the prem 2 seems to be to ask the PRL to share more of their reduced spoils. Not going to happen

The problem I have now is that in a broader sense I don?t see much future for the pro game in England let alone a Wasps relaunch.

Little signs like this are the start. Admin error? Unlikely

A chance to set aside self interest? Delusional. Why would they? Even more troubling - why does he expect them to.
