Puts paid to any potential debate if they were to win it as to their right to defend it.

Racing played all the rugby and definitely deserved it. Would love to see Finn Russell at 10 for the Lions next year.

Must be absolutely heart breaking for them to lead most of the way but lose it to a late try.

Lol.

Well done Racing 92.
Patience and skill eventually came through versus the turgid Sarries style.

The better team are in the Final.
And thousands more will tune in to watch their style of rugby in the Final.

Sarries had an illegal squad at the start of this competition and therefore its only just they don’t make the final.
Yes, they have great team spirit. That’s a given.
And they are supremely powerful.

But, they offered nothing in flair and adventure this afternoon, killing it as a spectacle for rugby fans.
So glad Racing 92 are through.

And EVEN MORE PROUD that our very own Wasps have demolished Saracens BOTH HOME AND AWAY this season, playing extraordinary free-flowing, beautiful, stunning, watchable rugby.
The kind of rugby that draws in new (much needed) sporting fans around the country and around the world.

Go Wasps!!
Go Racing 92!!

Rather good.

Although thoroughly pee'ed off with the commentators continually referring to a "depleted EA team/squad".

Wasn't just me then.

2nd semi is intriguing. Toulouse, the established European rugby super power that have been on the wane for a number of years against Exeter, finally progressing in Europe after being consistently top 2 (along with a team that wrre cheating) domestically.
I fancy Toulouse to edge this one.

Daly's game management in that last 5 mins was all over the place.  Although it was a quality chip and catch for the try.

I did have a wry smile as an old news story from yesterday flashed up on my phone saying that it is the big European games like today which was why Daly moved... Childish I know but in current times I'm looking for anything to raise smile.

As PROVEN cheats, this puts the final nail in the coffin of a wretched season for them. It would of been scandalous if they had retained the title and would of raised questions about the integrity of the sport.

I am egging on Exeter (no qualms there) but I simply couldn’t support a team that have knowingly manipulated the system for years and still continue to vehemently plead their innocence. I do feel for the supporters and players/management who genuinely were not aware of the behind the scene cons, but as they say you reap what you sow and here’s for hoping this may knock some sense and humility into them.

PS - so good to see Briefcase fouling up.

He left to win things, and might well get a Championship medal next year.

Isn’t the resumption of the 20/21 Championship still up in the air?

Interesting use of "depleted".

To my knowledge it has never meant "having to play by the same rules as everyone else after having been caught serially breaking them and not being entirely honest about it".

I'm all for language moving with the times, but this us a bit much.
